Ports and Protocols by Application

This page lists the ports and their associated protocols that CXone requires. The ports you need to open or allow in your network depend on the applications your organization uses. To discover this information for your organization:

  • Select each application your contact center uses in the checklist on the right side of the page.
  • Copy the information that appears at the bottom of this page.
  • If you don't already have the full list of applications, contact your CXone Account Representative.
