Onpageopen

根據聯絡人回應特定問題的方式透過一系列螢幕/彈出式視窗來轉移客服專員。調用客服專員指令碼會削減培訓，改進通話處理，並讓聯絡中心對處理通話的方式有更多的控制權。

Dependencies

  • 請務必使用 Pageclose action來結束一系列 Page 動作。未能結束 Page 動作可能導致聯絡「卡死」，因為即便在互動完成後，客服專員也可以在彈出的頁面中點擊 Next。
  • 要預覽一個頁面，請使用OnPreview action。

Supported Script Types

SkillNameVar

AgentFirstName

用於接收接聽了聯絡人的客服專員之名字的變數名稱。預設：FIRST

AgentLastName

用於接收接聽了聯絡人的客服專員之姓氏的變數名稱。預設：LAST

AgentID

用於接收接聽了聯絡人的客服專員的客服專員 ID 的變數。預設：AGENTID

Result Branch Conditions

結果分支條件允許您在指令碼中建立分支，以處理執行動作時的不同結果。
