Dependencies
- De standaard tijdzone in uw bedrijfseenheid wordt automatisch gebruikt en heeft voorrang, tenzij u een andere tijdzone instelt met behulp van een Timezone-actie in uw script.

Omwille van deze reden, kan de online help niet alle huidige variaties binnen een tijdzone weergeven. Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de klant om te begrijpen hoe de zomertijd wordt toegepast op de locaties waarin de klant actief is.

Script Example
Dit voorbeeld is geen volledig script. Er is extra scriptwerk vereist om deze actie te gebruiken.
In this basic partial phone script example, Begin triggers the script, which then uses the TimeZone property (in the Timezone action) to set the timezone to Eastern Standard Time. The script then uses the Hours of Operation profile (created in the Hours action) to determine if the contact center is open or not. If it is open, a Menu will provide options for the caller.

De opties in deze lijst volgen niet strikt de tijdzones die u kunt vinden in andere lijsten die beschikbaar zijn op internet.
De lijst bevat bijvoorbeeld de volgende opties: Mountain Standard Time en US Mountain Standard Time. De tweede optie is alleen voor Arizona, terwijl de eerst voor alle andere staten binnen de Mountain Standard Time zone geldt. In andere tijdzonelijsten, is er slechts een eenmalige tijdzoneweergave voor deze regio van de Verenigde Staten.
- De kolom DST Observed by Action geeft aan of de Timezone-actie een wijziging aanbrengt aan die tijdzone tijdens de zomertijd (DST = Daylight Savings Time).
- De kolom Notitie biedt extra informatie over elke tijdzoneoptie, inclusief de UTC-verschuiving. De weergegeven UTC-verschuiving is de verschuiving die de Timezone-actie toepast op elke tijdzone waar de zomertijd niet van kracht is. Voor tijdzoneopties waarop de actie zomertijdwijzigingen toepast, is de UTC-verschuiving één uur meer dan de vermelde verschuiving wanneer de zomertijd van kracht is.
- Alle overige informatie in de kolom Opmerkingen komt van buiten de Studio-actie.
Gebruik altijd een bron buiten de online help om de tijdzone en de DST-observatie te controleren van de locaties waar uw organisatie werkzaam is. Deze informatie verandert vaak en NICE CXone kan niet garanderen dat de Timezone-actie werd bijgewerkt of dat de informatie in de online help actueel is.
Test uw geselecteerde tijdzone om te controleren of het de tijd en de naleving van de zomertijd die u vereist, levert. Het kan nodig zijn om uw script aan te passen om de gewenste resultaten te verkrijgen wanneer u de Timezone-actie gebruikt.
