OnPreview

The onPreview action in an event action that creates a branch in your script. It executes when a preview happens for a contact.

Dependencies

  • ONPREVIEW is an event.
  • The ONPREVIEW event is not triggered until the prospective contact enters a Preview state (Proactive Outbound only).
  • When Onpreview triggers, any script that was executing before the contact entered the Preview state may be terminated. The script may resume from ONPREVIEW, otherwise, the script will be suspended.
  • The actions RUNSUB and RUNAPP cannot be used following the ONPREVIEW event.
  • The Snippet action can be used following ONPREVIEW, but it cannot reference or call other custom Studio scripts.
  • API calls can be referenced within a Snippet action following ONPREVIEW, but cannot be used to secure access tokens for API calls.
