Launch MAX Agent

Make sure your pop-up blocker allows pop-ups from the platform before launching MAX.

  1. Click the app selector and select MAX. MAX will either launch in a new window or a new tab in your browser depending on your business unit settings.
  2. Associate your phone with MAX by choosing your voice option. If Integrated Softphone is your only configured voice option, MAX will skip this screen and launch automatically.
    • Click Set Phone Number and enter your phone number.
    • Click Set Station ID and type the station ID.
    • Click Integrated Softphone.
  3. If you always want to use the same phone information for MAX, select the Remember Me checkbox.
  4. Click Connect.
  5. If you want to handle voice contacts, set your status to Available and click the Connect button in the Agent Leg - Inactive field.

With certain permissions enabled, closing the MAX window will log you out. You will need to re-launch MAX to log back in.
