The Forced Logout report shows which agents have been manually logged out from the platform during a selected time frame. The most common reason for a forced logout is an agent forgetting to log out at the end of their shift.
You can also force a logout from the Active Agents report.
Data in this Report
The Forced Logout report has multiple columns that present data attributes and metrics. The table below provides a description for each column.

| Logout Agent Number | The Agent ID of the agent with the forced logout. |
| Logout Agent Name | The first and last name of the agent with the forced logout. |
| Logout by Agent No | The Agent ID of the user who logged the agent out. |
| Logout by Agent Name | The first and last name of the user who logged the agent out. |
| Logout Date | The date and time the forced logout occurred. |
