DNC Audit Report

The DNC Audit report, available in the Outbound Report Store, displays the do not call (DNC) group requests including active and expired records based on the phone number you enter.

Data in this Report

The DNC Audit report has multiple columns that present data attributes and metrics. The table below provides a description for each column.

Column	Description
Date	Date and time the action occurred.
Source	Description of where the action occurred.
Expiration	Date the record expires. NULL means the record has no expiration date or the column is not applicable to the record.
Notes	Comments captured during the event.
Group Name	Name of the Do Not Call group associated with the action.
Skill Name	Name of the skill Used to automate delivery of interactions based on agent skills, abilities, and knowledge associated with the action, if applicable.
Agent No	Unique identifier of the agent who performed the action.
First Name	First name of the agent who performed the action.
Last Name	Last name of the agent who performed the action.
Contact ID	Unique contact identifier associated with the entity.
