Blocked Calls Report

The Blocked Calls report shows information about phone calls contacts attempted to place to your business unitClosed High-level organizational grouping used to manage technical support, billing, and global settings for your CXone environment but which were blocked due to a lack of available ports. It includes the ID of the contact who placed the call, the date the blocked call occurred, the contact's phone number and the number the contact attempted to call.

Select Report Option

You need to configure a Date Range, Start/End Time, and Export Format when you run a data download report.

Columns

Contact_ID

The unique, system-generated ID of the contact.

Blocked Date

The date and time on which the call was blocked. It follows the format MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM, 24-hour time.

ToAddress

The phone number the contact dialed when the call was blocked.

FromAddress

The phone number the contact dialed from when the call was blocked.
