Data Streams allow you to enrich IVR logs and other event data. You can then use your own data-analysis tools, business-intelligence tools, machine learning models, and applications to process the data. Data Streams allow you to make the event data compatible with your tools by:

- Scrambling or erasing sensitive data.
- Supporting multiple data formats.
