Voicemail Overview
Voicemail skills Used to automate delivery of interactions based on agent skills, abilities, and knowledge allow contacts to leave messages for agents to review and call back when they're available. You can associate the voicemail script with an inbound voice skill so contacts can leave a voicemail if no agent with the inbound voice skill is available. You must have Studio installed so that you can create a voicemail script. You can optionally configure dispositions Result assigned by the agent or system at the end of a voice (disposition) or digital (status) interaction. and tagging for your voicemail skill.
