Manual Installation of End-User Applications
There are several applications for use with Engage QM Integrated. ScreenAgent allows Engage QM Integrated to record activity on user screens. Reporter Viewer allows users to run and view reports. Playback allows users to play back recorded interactions. Agents must have all of the applications. Other users in your organization may need some of the applications. For example, HR representatives may need to be able to play back recordings. Use the tasks in this topic when you need to install an application on a small number of systems. If you need to install on many systems, use a silent installation.
Install ScreenAgent
Install ScreenAgent manually during the initial setup of Engage QM Integrated. You can also use it any time you need to install the ScreenAgent on a small number of systems, such as for a new employee. If you need to install on multiple systems, perform a silent installation or automated process.

- Extract the files from the ZIP file and navigate to the location where you extracted the files.
- Run Setup.exe.

- Change the installation location if you want and then click Next.
- Enter the IP Address/Hostname that your NICE CXone account representative gave you (for example, engage-us2.incontact.com) and click Add.
- Click Next > Install.
- When the installation is complete, click Finish.
- Restart the workstation.
- Click the Start menu and locate Notepad ++ or a similar text editor. Right-click on the name of text editor you're using, click More, and click Run as administrator. If prompted, provide administrator credentials.

- Save and close the file, then restart the workstation. If installing as part of the implementation process, notify your implementation manager so they can schedule the connectivity testing call.
