Browse ACD Files

The Browse ACD Files page allows you to view and interact with files in your CXone environment. You can view files that have been created by or uploaded to CXone, including: 

Download a File

You can download files one at a time. Files are saved to your default download location.

  1. Click the app selector and select ACD > Browse ACD Files.
  2. Click the file you want to download.
  3. On the file's information page, click Download.
  4. Click Cancel to return to the folder summary page.

Create a Web Link for a File

A web link allows you to download a file directly from the folder summary page. Without a web link, you must click a file and download it from the file's information page.

  1. Click the app selector and select ACD > Browse ACD Files.
  2. Click on the file you want to create a link for.
  3. On the file's information page, select Check to automatically create a web link for this file.
  4. Click Save. The web link icon The web link icon, a grey cassette tape reels symbol with a green arrow on it. now appears in the Link column for the selected file.

Remove a Web Link from a File

  1. Click the app selector and select ACD > Browse ACD Files.
  2. Click the file with the web link you want to remove.
  3. On the file's information page, clear the Check to automatically create a web link for this file.
  4. Click Save.

Upload Files

You can upload files to CXone one at a time. To upload more than one file at a time, you can use Studio.

  1. Click the app selector and select ACD > Browse ACD Files.
  2. Navigate to the folder you want to upload the file to.
  3. Click Upload.
  4. Enter a name if you want to Create a New Folder for the uploaded files.
  5. Click Choose File, select a file to upload, then click Open.
  6. Select Check to automatically create a web link for this file if you want a download link to appear on the folder summary page. You can use a web link to download a file directly from the folder summary page.
