Skill Control Overview

Skill control displays detailed information about all your proactive Personal Connection (PC) skillsClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge, including details about the history of agents and calls associated with the skill and details about the current calling list inventory. From the skill control page, you can start or stop skills manually, edit skills, refresh the queue of running skills, and reset inactive skills.
