Pageclose

Page에서 설명한 대로 상담원에 대해 팝업되는 스크립트를 닫습니다.

상담원 스크립팅을 호출하면 교육 시간을 줄이고 통화 처리가 향상되며 컨택 센터에서 통화 처리 방식을 더 효율적으로 제어할 수 있습니다. 전화로 컨택을 처리하는 상담원에게 다음 단계가 표시되도록 화면 및 팝업의 표시를 시스템에 구성할 수 있습니다. 상담원은 컨택이 특정 질문에 응답하는 방식에 따라 일련의 페이지를 통해 전환됩니다. Pageclose 작업은 최종 페이지를 닫습니다.

스크립트가 Page 작업을 시작하면 스크립트의 컨텍스트가 임시 위치로 이동합니다. 페이지가 변수에 정보를 저장하도록 요청하는 경우 해당 변수는 Pageclose 작업 후에만 CXone에서 사용할 수 있습니다. 예를 들어 Page 작업을 사용하여 컨택이 작성할 양식이 팝업으로 나타나도록 할 수 있습니다. 컨택의 답변은 입력 시 임시 위치에 저장되어 Pageclose 이후 추가 스크립트 또는 상담원 작업에 사용할 수 있습니다.
