Displays a real-time view of current contacts that are interacting with agents in your system. The module displays the state of the call, duration, the name of the assisting agent, skill/campaign, associated phone numbers, and so forth. You can click into the contact ID and get an even more granular breakdown of the states in which the call has been, how long the call has been active, and so forth. This module is real-time only - it only displays active contacts. After an agent dispositions an interaction, the contact will no longer display in this module.
