General Prebuilt Reports

These prebuilt reports for enable you to review information related to general activity and processes for multiple applications. This includes user changes and activities.

Keep in mind, the data for the reports is refreshed every 1-2 hours.

Activity Audit Report

The Activity Audit report displays:

  • Log of creation, updating, and deleting of different entities such as users, roles, recordings, and policies
  • User activities, such as log ins, log outs

To view the details of the changes, such as old and new value, see the Change Audit Report, below.

To generate an Activity Audit Report:

  1. Go to ReportingPrebuilt Reports, and select the Activity Audit Report from the list.ReportingPrebuilt ReportsGeneral, and select the Activity Audit Report from the grid.

  2. In the Activity Audit Report window, define a time frame. The report will run on data for the selected time frame.

  3. (Optional) Select one or more applications to filter the data. The report displays data relevant only to the applications you select.

  4. Click Run Report.

    The results appear in a grid.

    Click the Column Filtering icon on the right to add or remove columns from the grid. Select the columns you want to see from the dropdown list.

    You can search all the results for specific activities.

    Once you have run the report, the filters are collapsed. You can select More Filters to see all available filters, and you can choose to pin filters so that you will always be able to see them.

    In the Search For field, enter the search criteria to locate specific records. For the Change Audit Report, search is conducted for the values in the Activities column.

  5. If you want to export the report data to a CSV/Excel file, click Settings at the top right and select the export option you want.

    The report will be exported and downloaded to your computer.

Change Audit Report

The Change Audit Report displays the details of changes, including previous and new values, for creation, updating, and deleting of different entities such as users, roles, recordings, and policies.

To generate Change Audit Report:

  1. Go to ReportingPrebuilt ReportsGeneral, and select the Change Audit Report from the grid.

  2. In the Change Audit Report window, define a time frame. The report will run on data for the selected time frame.

  3. (Optional) Select one or more applications to filter the data. The report displays data relevant only to the applications you select.

  4. Click Run Report.

    The results appear in a grid.
