Use NICE inContact Agent for Oracle Service Cloud Consolidated View

Log In to Agent for Oracle Service Cloud Consolidated View

If your administrator has configured the consolidated view, use the following instructions to log in for the first time. Following your initial installation and log in to the NICE inContact Agent for Oracle Service Cloud, you do not need to enter your NICE inContact credentials; however, if you log out of NICE inContact Agent for Oracle Service Cloud from within the application, you need to log in again to use the product.

  1. Click CXone to log in.

  2. Enter your NICE inContact username and password and click Sign In.

  3. Enter the Phone Number, Station ID, or select Integrated Softphone.
  4. Click Login.

Enable NICE inContact Tool Window

You must enable the NICE inContact tool window to fully integrate your Agent for Oracle Service Cloud.

  1. Click File (indicated by three horizontal lines) Options Tool Windows.

  2. Select NICE inContact.

  3. To dock the NICE inContact window, drag and drop the window anywhere in the Oracle Service Cloud interface.
