Handle Voicemails

  1. Accept the delivered voicemail message, as you would another inbound contact.

  2. You can complete the following actions with a voicemail:

    1. If you want to transfer the voicemail to another agent, click Transfer and then select the agent to transfer the voicemail.
    2. If you want to pause the voicemail, click Pause. To continue listening to the voicemail, click Resume.
    3. If you want to initiate a call back to the contact who left the voicemail, click Dial Pad and handle as any other outbound voice contact.
  3. When finished, click Delete.
