Cloud Storage Services allows you to set up and manage both active and long-term cloud storage for call recordings, screen recordings, and so forth. Life Cycle Management provides immediate access to files, while long-term storage requires a retrieval process that makes files available to you in 3-5 hours.
Secure External Access (SEA) allows you to securely retrieve files from active storage so you can save them to your own server. The files are automatically deleted from the SEA bucket after 30 days, but you can manually delete them sooner. You must use a third-party tool like CrossFTP (or any other FTP client), an S3 browser, or a custom script to browse, download, or delete files from your SEA bucket.
Once your system is configured to use Cloud Storage Services, you can manage file lifecycle, long term file retrieval, and rules in the Admin application.
The file storage life cycle management, long-term file retrieval requests, and credential management each have an audit history tab that displays a table of information about the creation and last modification. You can see what was modified, when it was modified, and who did the modification. Audit history tables can become very large, so you can use search and filter tools to limit the display.
