Configured Stations Report

The Configured Stations Reports lists the stations that are currently configured to handle calls.

In order to handle calls through the platform, a connection must be established between the platform and the agent's phone. Each station is assigned a globally unique number called a StationID. This report provides a quick high-level view of all stations and information corresponding to each station.


Column Description
Station ID Workstation ID
Station Name Workstation Name
Phone Number Workstation Phone Number
Caller ID Caller ID assigned to the workstation
Station Timeout The length of time the station has been logged off the system
Last Login The last time an agent logged into the system from the workstation
