Updates for Spring 2020 Help

  • The MAX user interface now includes help icons in key locations that, when clicked, will direct the agent to the corresponding online help page.
  • The Teams documentation has been updated to reflect its move from the ACD to the Admin application and to provide more organized, easy-to-use coverage of the feature.
  • In conjunction with the upgrade to the modern CXone software interface, the online help has been updated with a cleaner website design.
  • Online help is now available for customers who are using products and features in controlled release. Ask your controlled release team for more information.
