Required security profile permissions: Support and Downloads View
If you are downloading Studio with the browser-agnostic downloader (Studio.exe) for the first time and already have a version installed, you must first uninstall your existing Studio by clicking Control Panel>Programs and Features, selecting Studio, and clicking Uninstall.
You may want to double-check your browser or antivirus software settings to be sure that Studio is allowed to download and run. Contact and work with your antivirus vendor if you experience any issues. For example, Panda Cloud Anti-Virus is known to block Studio downloads; if you have the Panda antivirus program, visit the Panda Security website and search for "modifying internet connection permissions" for more information on configuring Panda to prevent this.
Perform the following steps to download and install Studio:
Click your name in the top right corner of CXone. Click Support and Downloads.
- Click Accept when the legal message appears. If you have not before read the legal message, NICE InContact encourages you to do so.
- Click Studio.exe from the list of applications. Depending on your browser's file download settings, it may automatically begin downloading a StudioSetup.exe file or it may prompt you to save the file in a specific location.
- Launch the StudioSetup.exe file after the download completes, which begins installing Studio.
- When finished installing, Studio presents the login window. Enter your CXone account credentials to log in. The User field is pre-filled with your platform username. For information on different login types, see Log In to Studio.
Studio prompts you to automatically update as NICE inContact releases new features, hotfixes, and so forth. An archived Studio version remains in your local folder after each update for potential diagnostic reasons.
