Attach

Adds an attachment to the structured variable created with a CREATEEMAIL action. Multiple Attach actions can be present in a script.

Dependencies

• Files must be present on the CXone server to be attached. To upload files, go to CXone. Click the app selector and select ACD. Go to Retention > Browse Files.
• There is no limitation on file types for outgoing email attachments.

Input Properties

These properties define data that the action uses when executing.

Property	Description
Caption	Enter a short phrase that uniquely identifies this action in the script. The caption appears on the script canvas under the action icon. The default is the action name.
ContainerVar	The name of the structured variable that contains all other variables. By default, "EML".
Filename	The path and name of the file to be attached.
Replace	Boolean A data type that has two possible values: true and false.. False appends the existing recipient list and True replaces it. The default is False.

Result Branch Conditions

Result branch conditions allow you to create branches in your script to handle different outcomes when an action executes.

Condition	Description
Default	Path taken unless the script meets a condition that requires it to take one of the other branches. It is also taken if the action's other branches are not defined.
