Workforce Intelligence (WFI) reports display data for WFI rules. They include the:

Rule Action History report: Displays a history of all automatic, non-automatic, approved, and rejected rule actions.

Rule Action Summary report: Displays a summary of all automatic, non-automatic, approved, and rejected rule actions.
Run a WFI Report
- Click the app selector
and select Reporting. -
Go to Workforce Intelligence > Rule Action History or Rule Action Summary.

Select a date and time range.

To filter the report data, select values from the drop-downs such as Agent and Team.

Click Apply Options.
Export a WFI Report

Run a WFI report.

Click Export
. -
Select a file type: Excel, PDF file (.pdf), or Word. The report will download to your computer.
