This report is for use with Digital Experience. For more information about this product, ask your CXone Account Representative.

Select Report Option

You need to configure a Date Range, Start/End Time, and Export Format when you run a data download report.

Columns

AgentID

The unique ID of the agent.

AgentName

The first and last name of the agent.

BusinessUnitID

The ID of the business unit the agent belongs to.

BUConfigForDigital

Indicates that the business unit is configured for Digital Engagement (requires that you have Digital Experience). For more information on Digital Experience, ask your CXone Account Representative.

AgentConfigForDigital

Indicates that the agent was configured for Digital Engagement during the specified billing month (requires that you have Digital Experience.For more information on Digital Experience, contact your CXone Account Representative.

BillingMonth

The first day of the billing month.

DateUpdatedToDigital The date during the specified billing month when the agent was updated with a digital skill.
