The Unavailable Statistics widget displays the percentage of agents who selected your different unavailable codes. You can create custom unavailable codes which an agent can select in the agent application, which identifies the reason that the agent went into an unavailable state, such as Unavailable - Lunch. The data for this widget is generated based on the unavailable codes that are created in the platform. The x-axis shows the name of each state available to the agents when switching to unavailable and the y-axis shows the percentage of each state.
