When you download a raw contact log for review, it can be hard to find and understand the information you need. Log Reader is an online tool that makes it easier to read contact logs and troubleshoot issues. You can still download the log after reviewing it in the online tool if you need to take further action. For example, you might need to send a log to the next tier of support.
When you launch Log Reader, it displays a list of log requests and metadata Data that provides information about other data. about those requests. This makes it easy to track who is accessing log information, and to view or download logs at a later date.
Log Reader is available in PartnerHub. Your organization must be certified to handle its own support to use this tool.
