The My Data link opens a table of all configured datasets in the business unit
High-level organizational grouping used to manage technical support, billing, and global settings for your CXone environment. The table includes:
- The name of the dataset Set of parsed interaction transcripts that spans a specific period of time and match your specified filter criteria..
- The date the dataset was last updated.
- The time range the dataset covers.
- The channels included in the dataset.
- The category template Category groupings that help you use the data for a specific purpose. Out-of-the-box category templates include Intent to Buy and Risk Aversion. (set) applied to the dataset.
- The language of the dataset.
- An icon
that lets you open the dataset's workspaces. - A more options
icon that lets you use AutoDiscovery, edit the dataset, or delete it.
