Measure Progress from Baseline

Once you have established a baseline for your performance, it's important to track your progress. Establish a process for reviewing report data to track improvements, and identify trends and actionable insights. It's best to do this often and on a consistent schedule.

  1. Click the app selector and select Reporting > Prebuilt Reports.

  2. Click on the Analytics Metric Statistics report.

  3. Select the time period for which you want to measure against your baseline. Be consistent with the time period you've used in past progress reports.

  4. Select the dataset you want to analyze.

  5. Make selections for Team Name, Agent Name, and Channel Type.

  6. Click Run.

  7. Select a Dataset: Category to analyze.

  8. Click Run.

  9. Configure the report with the same metrics you used to measure the initial baseline.

To maintain tracking, repeat these same steps to determine changes on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Make sure the reports are delivered to the person or team accountable for the behavior. Work with them to build a plan for action.
