Wallboard Slide Types
Wallboards are a powerful tool for keeping your contact center teams informed and engaged. On this page, you can explore the various types of slides you can create to display on your wallboards.
Challenges Slide
The Challenges slide displays current challenges as agents compete. You can watch their progress and strategies in real-time and share stories of top performers and celebrate those who win prizes. This display lets you track and recognize success easily.
To create a Challenges slide:

On the Wallboard slide creation page, click New Slide and select Challenges slide type and click Create.

Add a Slide Name to your slide. The Slide Name is displayed on the slide in the Slide Lineup Preview section of the wallboard creation page.

Add a Description for the slide.

Set the Slide Interval (minimum 15 seconds, default 30 seconds). If there are many challenges running, the slide duration you set might be changed to the minimum display time of 3 seconds to show all participants.

Use the checkbox to Show background shadow to the slide and click Next.

In the Group Selector, choose the Company, Team, and Agent whose data you want to display on the slide and click Apply.

The Active Challenges for the select group will be listed and displayed next to a slide preview.

Click Save to create the slide.
Current Agent States Slide
This slide displays the current activities of agents throughout the contact center.
To create a Current Agent States slide:

On the Wallboard slide creation page, click New Slide and select Current Agent States slide type and click Create.

Add a Slide Name to your slide. The Slide Name is displayed on the slide in the Slide Lineup Preview section of the wallboard creation page.

Add a Description to your slide.

Use the checkbox to Show background shadow on the slide.

Set the Slide Interval (minimum 15 seconds, default 30 seconds) and click Next.

Use Group Selector filters to select the data display level, adjusting the display
as required, and click Next.
Data is filtered at both levels, but it's displayed based on your selection under Display
.

Add a Title to your slide.
-
Click Save.
Games Slide
You can use this slide for gamification strategies. This slide type help you keep agents engaged by showing game standings and results.
To create a Games slide:

On the Wallboard slide creation page, click New Slide and select Games slide type and click Create.

Add a Slide Name to your slide. The Slide Name is displayed on the slide in the Slide Lineup Preview section of the wallboard creation page.

Add a Description to your slide.

Use the checkbox to Show background shadow on the slide.

Set the Slide Interval (minimum 15 seconds, default 30 seconds) and click Next. If the number of participants playing the game are high, the slide duration you set might be changed to the minimum of 3 seconds to show all participants.

Select a Game to display and click Next. The slide will display performance data for the current game interval and all rewards shown are estimates.
The games illustrations displayed on this slide may differ from those in Gamification. We're working to align these in a future update.

Select how you want the game data to be displayed either by User Profile or Total Players and then click Create. The display options are specific to the game type you select.

Click Save.
Image Slide
You can use this slide to add pictures to your wallboard. You can use it to show announcements, share information, or post fun images. This slide is good for messages that don't fit in other data slides.
To create an Image slide:

On the Wallboard slide creation page, click New Slide and select Image slide type and click Create.

Add a Slide Name to your slide. The Slide Name is displayed on the slide in the Slide Lineup Preview section of the wallboard creation page.

Add a Description to your slide.

Set the Slide Interval (minimum 15 seconds, default 30 seconds) and click Next.

Upload an Image to your slide and click Save.
Leaderboard Slide
You can use these slides to motivate agents by highlighting the top performers.
To create a Leaderboard slide:

On the Wallboard slide creation page, click New Slide and select Leaderboard slide type and click Create.

Add a Slide Name to your slide. The Slide Name is displayed on the slide in the Slide Lineup Preview section of the wallboard creation page.

Add a Description to your slide.

Use the checkbox to Show background shadow on the slide.
-
Set the Slide Interval (minimum 15 seconds, default 30 seconds) and click Next.

Select a Date Range from the dropdown and use checkboxes to adjust days. If required, check the box next to the slider to edit the time range, then use Slider bars to set specific times. You can select to Include Time or Exclude Time from the drop-down.

Use Group Selector filters to select the data display level, adjusting the display
as required, and click Next.
Data is filtered at both levels, but it's displayed based on your selection under Display
. You can filter by additional attributes for more granular data.

Select a Metric for your Leaderboard and Confirm and then click Next.

Add a Title to your slide.

In Show Top, select the number of top performers to display (2 to 20).
-
Click Save.
Marketplace Slide
You can use this slide type to showcase items available in your company's internal marketplace.
To create a Marketplace slide:

On the Wallboard slide creation page, click New Slide and select Marketplace slide type and click Create.

Add a Slide Name to your slide. The Slide Name is displayed on the slide in the Slide Lineup Preview section of the wallboard creation page.

Add a Description to your slide.

Use the checkbox to Show background shadow on the slide.
-
Set the Slide Interval (minimum 15 seconds, default 30 seconds) and click Next. If the number of products you select are high, the slide duration you set might be changed to the minimum of 3 seconds to show all products.

Select the Products you want to display on the slide and click Next.

Select a Metric for your Leaderboard and Confirm and then click Next.

Add a Title to your slide.

In Display Options, select how you want to display the product either in Single View or Double View.
-
Click Save.
Racing slides
You can use the Racing slides to add a competitive element by visualizing progress towards metric goals as a race.
To create a Racing slide:

On the Wallboard slide creation page, click New Slide and select Marketplace slide type and click Create.

Add a Slide Name to your slide. The Slide Name is displayed on the slide in the Slide Lineup Preview section of the wallboard creation page.

Add a Description to your slide.
-
Set the Slide Interval (minimum 15 seconds, default 30 seconds) and click Next.

Select a Date Range from the dropdown and use checkboxes to adjust days. If required, check the box next to the slider to edit the time range, then use Slider bars to set specific times. You can select to Include Time or Exclude Time from the drop-down.

Use Group Selector filters to select the data display level, adjusting the display
as required, and click Next.
Data is filtered at both levels, but it's displayed based on your selection under Display
. You can filter by additional attributes for more granular data.

Select a Metric for your slide and Confirm and then click Next.

Add a Title to your slide and select a Theme. You can change the theme anytime from the wallboard creation page. You can select a Random theme to show a different theme every time the racing slide appears on your wallboard.

In Show Top, select the number of top performers to display (2 to 20).

Select the Positioning type.
-
Finish Line: Set a specific goal for agents to reach. Each agent's position shows how close they are to this goal.
-
Leader: Don't set a specific goal. Instead, agents compete against each other. Their positions show how they compare to the top performer and other participants.

Set a Starting Line value for your metric. Select a number that is suitable considering if a higher or lower value is better for this metric. An agent becomes Active in the race when they reach this starting value.
The right starting value helps ensure fair competition among agents.

Set a Finish Line value for your metric. This is the goal that agents will race towards. that is suitable considering if a higher or lower value is better for this metric. The Finish Line is the goal in the race.
You do not need to enter a value if you have selected Leader in Positioning.

Click on the Rank Order checkbox. This will list racers from top to bottom, with the first-place racer at the top.

Click Save.
Spotlight Slide
You can use this slide type to highlight individual team members, showcasing their achievements or helping others get to know them better.
To create a Spotlight slide:

On the Wallboard slide creation page, click New Slide and select Spotlight slide type and click Create.

Add a Slide Name to your slide. The Slide Name is displayed on the slide in the Slide Lineup Preview section of the wallboard creation page.

Add a Description to your slide.
-
Use the checkbox to Show background shadow on the slide.
-
Set the Slide Interval (minimum 15 seconds, default 30 seconds) and click Next.

Select an Employee to spotlight on the slide and click Next. You can select from the drop-down list or enter a name.
-
Assign the type of image to display, you can use Other (displays the initials of the user), and then click Next.

Add the Biography. Use the toggle to turn this on or off. If on, you can manually type the biography of individual.

Add the Hobbies section. Use the toggle to turn this on or off. If on, click + or - to add or remove hobbies, up to a maximum of seven.

Add Badges section. Use the toggle to turn this on or off. If on, select your preferred badge display option from the available choices.

Click Save.
Summary Slide
This slide provides a comprehensive view of performance across multiple metrics.
To create a Summary slide:

On the Wallboard slide creation page, click New Slide and select Summary slide type and click Create.

Add a Slide Name to the slide.
-
Select the General settings. You can adjust the slide's appearance by setting its duration, choosing to show a backdrop, selecting a pagination set for multiple pages, and deciding if totals should be displayed for a summary view.

Set the Date and Time for the data displayed on the slide.
-
Select either the Employee Group filter to focus the data to a specific group(s) or you can select the Contact Group filter to get even more granular data.

Select the Data Attributes to filter your data.
-
Select the Metrics you want to display data for in the slide.
-
Click Apply to add the slide to your wallboard lineup.
Video Slide
You can use this slide type for a dynamic touch as it allows you to incorporate video content into your Wallboard.
To create a Video slide:

On the Wallboard slide creation page, click New Slide and select Video slide type and click Create.

Add a Slide Name to your slide. The Slide Name is displayed on the slide in the Slide Lineup Preview section of the wallboard creation page.

Add a Description to your slide.
-
Set the Slide Interval. Your slide interval will depend on the length of the video and will be set automatically. Click Next.

Add a video to your slide. Paste a YouTube Video Link, and then click Apply. Only YouTube video links are supported.

Click on the toggle to Use Sound or not.

Click Save.
Custom Slide
This slide type offers the most flexibility, allowing you to create a slide using a variety of prebuilt components to suit your specific needs. You can create a custom slide and choose from a number of prebuilt widgets to add the information you need to your wallboard slide.
To create a Custom slide:

On the Wallboard slide creation page, click New Slide and select Custom slide type and click Create.

Add a Slide Name to your slide. The Slide Name is displayed on the slide in the Slide Lineup Preview section of the wallboard creation page.

Add a Description to your slide.

Use the checkbox to Show background shadow on the slide.
-
Set the Slide Interval (minimum 15 seconds, default 30 seconds) and click Next.

Drag and Drop to add widgets to the grid on the blank slide. Some widgets may require Metric selection or Group Selection. Widgets can only be added to a custom slide.

Gauge – Displays overall performance for a select metric.
-
Summary – View the performance summary of up to three metrics.
-
Thermometer – Fill the thermometer to reach an objective goal.
-
Agent Counter – See an overview of how many agents are in each state.

Image – Upload a custom image.
-
Text – Display a block of custom text.
-
Top – See the top three performers for a select metric.

KPI – Displays performance data for your most important metrics. Add up to 25 KPI widgets per Custom slide.
Click X to remove a widget. Click and drag the widget from the corner to resize or reposition.

Add a Background to your slide. Select an existing image for your background or upload a new image.
-
Click Save.
