Agent Issues Overview

Agent provides a feedback feature for agents to submit feedback for a manager to review. It is primarily intended as a method to report unexpected behavior in the agent application. When an agent submits feedback in Agent, that feedback appears in the Agent Issues dashboard in Central. You can use this dashboard to view, archive, and export submitted agent feedback. In some cases, details provided in the feedback is helpful for troubleshooting incidents; you can use the feedback to submit incidents to NICE inContact Technical Support, who may request additional information to investigate the incident.

Please note that submitted feedback is not actively monitored or reviewed by NICE inContact unless the Technical Support team is actively troubleshooting a formal incident.
