Configuration and Administration Overview

Users with the Admin permission in their inContact security profile can perform all the same actions as users with the view and edit permissions, including viewing configured topics in various dashboards, drilling down into the widget data, filtering the data to better answer specific questions about the contact center, creating and modifying topics, modifying topic dashboard sets, and configuring the company profile. For instructions on performing those actions, see the Data Analysis and Topic Management sections of the Omnichannel Analytics help. Additionally, users who have permissions to manage templates can create, edit, and delete custom category sets and dashboard sets and modify the categories in a specific topic.
