- About My Dashboards - Contains information about the dashboards available in the left panel of your Dashboard page.
- Administrate User Primary Group - Allows you to view and set each user's primary group.

Calculates a measure for the various intervals of time and various roll-up combinations. The formula to create a metric is: a measure plus the keys for “what” and “when.” are used in the system, such as through dashboards, metric widgets, scorecards, and metric views. - Ticker Usage - This report lists tickers Displays at the top of the agent's screen and provides them with updates on how they are performing for their various KPIs., the users Individuals who have access to and can perform tasks in NICE Uptivity. They also appear in searches and in reporting. Users may include agents, supervisors, system administrators, and others. and groups A definable collection of users. assigned to them, and when they were last used.
