NICE Uptivity Speech Analytics Reporting
NICE Uptivity Speech Analytics is a separately licensed module that can be integrated with NICE Uptivity. The reports described on this page are only in NICE Uptivity systems that include NICE Uptivity Speech Analytics.
NICE Uptivity Speech Analytics includes a number of pre-built reports called Printable Reports. You can also use ad hoc reporting functionality to build reports using analytics data. You must have appropriate permissions for reporting.
Analytics Speech Tag Frequency
The Analytics Speech Tag Frequency report shows the frequency that speech tag phrases / text occur over a time interval. The report displays the tag count, number of calls, daily occurrence, and more.
Speech Category Summary
The Speech Category Summary report shows an overview of the frequency with which a speech tag group or category's speech tags appear in a time interval. The report displays the number of times a tag was identified, the number of calls with that tag, and more.
Speech Category Trending Report
The Speech Category Trending Report shows speech category tag counts and how they change over time. The report displays the frequency at which speech tags occur by category and by time period.
Speech Tag Detail
The Speech Tag Detail report shows details of the calls in which particular speech tags appear.
Speech Tag Exception Detail
The Speech Tag Exception Detail report shows a list of calls in which specific speech tags did not occur, and can be useful for script adherence or policy compliance.
Speech Tag Exception Summary
The Speech Tag Exception Summary report summarizes the number of calls that did and did not have specified speech tags. This report is useful with other exception reports for tracking script adherence or policy compliance. Bars are color-coded as follows:
- Blue represents the number of calls with the speech tag.
- Amber represents the number of call without the speech tag.
- Red represents the percentage of calls with the speech tag.
