Add CTI Monitors for a CTI Module

Some integrations require a module in the CTI Core to support communication with the PBXClosedAn acronym for Private Branch Exchange. A telephone switching device owned by a private company that serves a particular business or office. / ACDClosedAcronym for Automatic Call Distributor - A device used to manage and distribute incoming calls to a specific group of terminals.. A few integrations rely on monitors in the CTI module to know which devices to record. This topic explains how to add CTI monitors to a CTI module. For more information, see CTI Core Overview or the document for the specific integration, listed in Recording Integrations Overview.

When adding monitors, be sure to click Save before making any other changes to the module. Making a change like deleting a monitor before saving monitors you've added clears all unsaved monitors from the page.
