Create Timed Recording Schedules

Recording schedules require you to set an archive action. Therefore, you should create archive actions before schedules. See Create Archive Actions.

  1. In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click AdministrationSchedulingTimed Schedules.
  2. Click New Schedule.
  3. Configure the schedule parameters.
  4. Click Save.
