Create Timed Recording Schedules
Recording schedules require you to set an archive action. Therefore, you should create archive actions before schedules. See Create Archive Actions.
- In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click AdministrationSchedulingTimed Schedules.
- Click New Schedule.
- Configure the schedule parameters.
- Click Save.
