Send Test Alerts

Required Permission: Allow System Configuration

inContact Workforce Optimization allows you to configure logging levels and alerts so you can manage the application more effectively.

This topic explains how to send test alerts to verify you have configured the email subscriptions correctly.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationSystem SettingsNotifications.
  2. Select an alert level from the drop-down list.
  3. Optional: Type text explaining that the message is a test and naming the alert level being tested.
  4. Click Test.
  5. Confirm that each user who should have received the test message did so.
