Disable Audible Alerts

Required Permission: Allow System Configuration

inContact Workforce Optimization allows you to configure logging levels and alerts so you can manage the application more effectively.

This topic explains how to disable audible alerts.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationSystem SettingsNotifications.
  2. For Enable Audible Alerts, select No from the drop-down list.
  3. Click Save.
