Delete SNMP Alerts

Required Permission: Allow System Configuration

inContact Workforce Optimization can provide information to third-party SNMP monitoring software so you can manage the application more effectively. This feature is only used in Premises systems.

This topic explains how to delete SNMP alerts if they are no longer needed.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationSystem SettingsNotifications.
  2. Click Delete (indicated by a red X) next to the SNMP Address field for the alert subscription to be deleted.
  3. Click Save.
