Delete Email Alerts

Required Permission: Allow System Configuration

inContact Workforce Optimization allows you to configure logging levels and alerts so you can manage the application more effectively. This feature is typically used only in Premises systems.

This topic explains how to delete email alert subscriptions.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationSystem SettingsNotifications.
  2. Click Delete (indicated by a red X) next to the email address for the subscription to be removed.
  3. Optional: Repeat step 2 to delete additional email alert subscriptions.
  4. Click Save.
