Create SNMP Alerts

inContact Workforce Optimization can provide information to third-party SNMP monitoring software so you can manage the application more effectively. This feature is used only in Premises systems.

- In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationSystem SettingsNotifications.
- Click Add SNMP.
- For SNMP Address, type the IP address of the SNMP server.
- Select the checkbox for each item that should generate an alert.
- Optional: Repeat steps 4 and 5 to create additional SNMP alert subscriptions.
- Click Save.
