Create SNMP Alerts

Required Permission: Allow System Configuration

inContact Workforce Optimization can provide information to third-party SNMP monitoring software so you can manage the application more effectively. This feature is used only in Premises systems.

This topic explains how to create SNMP alerts.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationSystem SettingsNotifications.
  2. Click Add SNMP.
  3. For SNMP Address, type the IP address of the SNMP server.
  4. Select the checkbox for each item that should generate an alert.
  5. Optional: Repeat steps 4 and 5 to create additional SNMP alert subscriptions.
  6. Click Save.
