Remove Teams

Teams are groupings of employees to whom supervisors can be assigned. This topic demonstrates how to remove, or delete, teams.

  1. In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click ConfigurationMiscellaneousTeams.
  2. Locate the team(s) you want to remove in the Team Configuration pane and click Remove.
  3. Click either Save button.
