Stop inContact WFO Services from the Service Manager

The Service Manager allows users to see the status of inContact Workforce Optimization services and centrally manage those services from within the inContact WFO Web Portal regardless of the server on which they are located. This topic explains how to stop an individual running inContact WFO service from the Service Manager.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationToolsService Manager.
  2. Click Stop on the line for the service to be stopped.

The status of the service will switch to StopPending. Once the service has stopped, the status will display as Stopped and the Start button will appear instead of the Stop button.
