Start inContact WFO Services from the Service Manager

The Service Manager allows users to see the status of inContact Workforce Optimization services and centrally manage those services from within the inContact WFO Web Portal regardless of the server on which they are located.

This topic explains how to start an inContact WFO service from the Service Manager (for example, if you make changes that affect recording you often must restart the CTI Core service).

If you need to restart services that are currently running, you must stop them first. See Stop inContact WFO Services from the Service Manager.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationToolsService Manager.
  2. Click Start.

The status of the service will switch to StartPending. Once the service has started, the status will display as Running and the Stop button will appear instead of the Start button.
