Start inContact WFO Multiple Services from the Service Manager

The Service Manager allows users to see the status of inContact Workforce Optimization services and centrally manage those services from within the inContact WFO Web Portal regardless of the server on which they are located. topic explains how to start multiple inContact WFO services simultaneously from the Service Manager.

If you need to restart services that are currently running, you must stop them first. See Stop inContact WFO Multiple Services from the Service Manager.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationToolsService Manager.
  2. Select the checkboxes for individual services to be started or click Select All.
  3. Click Start Selected.

The status of the services will switch to StartPending. Once the services have started, the status will display as Running and the Stop button will appear instead of the Start button.
