Stop inContact WFO Multiple Services from the Service Manager

The Service Manager allows users to see the status of inContact Workforce Optimization services and centrally manage those services from within the inContact WFO Web Portal regardless of the server on which they are located. This topic explains how to stop multiple inContact WFO services simultaneously from the Service Manager.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationToolsService Manager.
  2. Select the checkboxes for individual services to be started or click Select All.
  3. Click Stop Selected.

The status of the services will switch to StopPending. Once the services have stopped, the status will display as Stopped and the Start button will appear instead of the Stop button.
