Create File Retention Actions

File retention actions have no effect until they are associated with a recording schedule.
- In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationSystem SettingsFile Retention Actions.
- Click Add.
- Configure the settings for the file retention action.
- Click Save.
