Create Internal Bookmarks

Bookmarks allow you to add free-form text notes to a recording. Internal bookmarks are created from the Web Player or HTML5 Interaction Player.

This topic explains how to create an internal bookmark.

  1. Click WFO Call RecordingRecorded Interactions.
  2. Locate the call record, right-click, and select Play from the pop-up menu.

    Click the Play icon to the left of the Record ID.

  3. Place the play head indicator where you want to set the bookmark and then click the Bookmark icon.
  4. Enter your notes in the Notes field.
  5. Optional: To refine the tag point, change the value in the Start field.
  6. Optional: Select the Public checkbox (or leave it cleared to make the bookmark Private).
  7. Click OK (or Save in the HTML5 Interaction Player).
