This tab is only available when your environment is inContact WFO-enabled. When you create a new security profile, or modify an existing security profile, you can determine what kind of control users have over the specified components.

Capacity Planning Runs
Enables users to:
- Create — Create new capacity planning runs on the New Capacity Planning Run page and the Manage Capacity Planning Runs pages and to see the Capacity Planner New Capacity Planning Run and Manage Capacity Planning Runs links in the WFMv2 Portal menu.
- List Others — View capacity planning runs created by other users in the list of capacity planning runs.
- View Others — View details of capacity planning runs created by other users.
- Edit Others — Modify capacity planning runs created by other users.
- Delete Others — Delete capacity planning runs created by other users.
By default, the Manager, Supervisor, and Agent system security profiles have the following permissions enabled:

Service Profiles Capacity Planning
Enables users to:
