Security Profile WFM Tab: Analytics Permissions
Required security profile permissions: Security Profile Edit.
This tab is only available when your environment is inContact WFO-enabled. When you create a new security profile, or modify an existing security profile, you can determine what kind of control users have over dashboards, scorecards, reports, and agent exceptions.

Dashboards
Enables users to view and edit dashboards in the Dashboard page and to view the Dashboards link in the WFMv2 Workstation menu.
By default, the Manager, Supervisor, and Agent system security profiles have the following permissions enabled:

Scorecards
Enables users to view and configure the Performance and Adherence scorecards in the Scorecard page and to view the Scorecards link in the WFMv2 Workstation menu.

Reports

Agent Exceptions
